I love my mother! She’s my inspiration and she always said the best thing to teach your daughter is to know her self-worth. Today I get to share with you three things I wish to share with my own daughter when that day comes.
I hope this post inspires you to share these three things with your daughter or matter of fact any woman in your life.
As women, we are mothers, grandmothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, and we have the duty to teach the generations to come to these valuable words of wisdom that I am about to share with you.
So let’s dive in!
3 Things To Share!
If you could give your daughter 3 things, it would be the confidence to always know her self-worth, the strength to chase her dreams and the ability to know how truly, deeply loved she is.
3 Things I want To Bestow Upon My Daughter:
My daughter, if I could give you 3 things that will serve you well from the moment you’re born till you become a mother yourself, these three things would be:
1 – Have the confidence to always know your self-worth
In my opinion, every woman is a goddess!
After all, women create and give birth to what once was an invisible force. Men play a role in that process but let’s be real, women do all the carrying, nurturing for 9 months and let’s not forget the birthing.
Each woman gets to know and acknowledge her self-worth.
My daughter, please know that no man or woman should make you question your self-worth. And when things get hard, remember you’re a goddess!
2 – Have the strength to chase your dreams
As your mother, I get to share with you the importance of trusting your intuition dear child.
Despite how much advancement we made in the area of women’s rights, the world still reminds us of how much more we get to evolve.
So, my daughter, you can count me as your mother, to always believe in you and give you the wind your need to fly high as you chase your dream.
3 – Have the ability to know how truly, deeply loved you are
I personally believe that God when creating a woman instills with her the ability to love like no other being.
So, my daughter, I want you to know that you’re loved by God and by me! And by knowing that you can love yourself too!
Self-love, especially for a woman, is KEY to set healthy boundaries and to honor our divine feminine.
I’ll end this article with this poem that I really LOVE!
To my Daughter, I love you so,
you are so special, I hope you know.
With every day, that passes by;
you’re more the twinkle, in my eye.
So loving, so giving a heart of gold,
always my baby even when I’m old.
Your love shines through, for all to see,
I feel so proud, you’re a part of me
